Nathan Jacobson
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Jacobson has guided numerous corporations with revenues in excess of USD $1 billion in 2006. Mr. Jacobson's business activities span the globe and he is active in such regions as Russia, the United States, Canada, Israel and the United Kingdom. Mr. Jacobson is also a well known philanthropist and commits significant personal resources on a yearly basis to victims of terror and various children's charities.

Col. Avi Shachar (Ret.)

A former Lieutenant Colonel with the Israeli intelligence, Avi is a recognized expert on Intelligence, Early Warning, Terrorism and Securities Fraud. Avi spent 16 years in senior roles with the Israeli Military Intelligence including head of Early Warning Section (Northern Command) and head of Research, Analysis and Early Warning Branch (Lebanese front).
In 2001 Avi was one of the founding members and Senior Intelligence Analyst of the Joint Securities Intelligence Unit at the Ontario Securities Commission, a unit that was created jointly with the RCMP to combat organized criminal activities in the North American capital markets. In 2004, Avi founded Sprylogics International Inc. (formerly Nexight Corp.), a developer of intelligence early warning and investigative software. Avi is a graduate of the Joint Military Intelligence College in Washington, DC and is a certified Securities Investigator.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Elie Shaldag

A former Lieutenant Colonel with twenty-four (24) years of service in the Israeli Air Force, Elie brings extensive managerial experience in business development and program management to the RxPayments advisory board. During his service with the Israeli Air Force, Elie directed such projects as the introduction of the F16I (Storm), the Apache- Longbow and the UH60- Blackhawk into active service. Elie also oversaw the development, production and testing of the Israeli Arrow Anti-Ballistic Missile. From 2000-2006, Elie served as Director of Air Force Procurement within the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s Mission to the United States. This role saw Elie oversee the implementation of various programs with the US Department of Defense totaling over six (6) billion US dollars. In 2006, Elie founded Shaldag Aviation which provides business development services to such international clients SkyLink Aviation and Elta Systems (Special Mission Aircraft).

Elie received his BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) and his MBA (Hon) from Troy State University in the United States.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Dr. Yossi Olmert
Dr. Yossi Olmert, who holds a PhD from the London School of Economics, is a rare combination: a top Middle East scholar who is very much a political insider as well as a much-published journalist and highly sought speaker. Former Director of the Government Press Office and Advisor to then-Prime Mister Yitzchak Shamir during the first Gulf War and the International Peace Conference in Madrid, he secured press relations with the Soviet Union, established press relations with the People’s Republic of China, and represented the Prime Minister in numerous conferences and appearances in the United States, Great Britain, Australia, China, Russia, Japan and south Africa, among others. Dr. Olmert has been a visiting scholar at numerous universities and think tanks, including Cornell University, York University, in Toronto and City College New York, as well as an official guest of the US GOVERNMENT. He has been an invaluable asset before Jewish communities, from his initial role at Keren Hayesod (JIA) in England, to scholar-in-residence for the Jewish Agency for Israel, to speaking engagements in more then 100 cities in North America. Born into one of Israel’s most prominent founding families, Dr. Olmert is a member of the Steering Committee for bringing home the remains of Eli Chen who was hanged in Syria in 1965.

Aviv Bushinsky
A former Captain in the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Bushinsky was appointed the Publisher of the Jerusalem Post in January 2005. The Jerusalem Post Group consists of the Jerusalem Post, a daily English language newspaper, and several related publications and media operations. The Jerusalem Post was founded in 1932 by American journalist Gershon Agron. The newspaper was originally published as the Palestine Post and adopted its current masthead in 1953.

Mr. Bushinsky was formerly the Chief of Staff to Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, the Finance Minister (Government of Israel). From 1997 onwards Mr. Bushinsky also served as Spokesman for the Israeli Foreign Affairs office after serving as media advisor to Mr. Netanyahu during his term as the Israeli Prime Minister. Mr. Bushinsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Hebrew University in erusalem and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Bar-Ilan.
